My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly service from Kevin Geudtner, and a great location close to West End Avenue. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, dining table, sofa bed, and a cozy king bed in the bedroom. I loved that there was easy access to the gym, bar, and restaurant from most floors of the hotel. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who even recommended a great place to eat and listen to music. The location was convenient, close to the vibrant West End Avenue filled with restaurants and stores, though I did find the strong fragrance from the HVAC system a bit overwhelming at times. I have to say, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds, though I wished they could be ready earlier than 4 pm.
